Europa Academic helps working professionals across Africa and the Middle East earn international MBA, DBA and Doctorate qualifications. We're looking for a data-driven Performance Marketer to own our paid-acquisition engine and drive high-intent student leads at the lowest possible cost.

Responsibilities

- Plan, launch and optimise Meta & TikTok Click-to-WhatsApp / Lead Ad campaigns.
- Manage ad budgets, run A/B tests, and reduce cost per lead and cost per enrolment.
- Set up pixels/tracking, conversion events, lookalike and retargeting audiences.




- Feed leads into the CRM (ExtraaEdge) and report on funnel performance.

Requirements

- 2+ years hands-on with Meta Ads Manager (TikTok Ads a plus).
- Strong grasp of tracking, conversion events, and audience building.
- Analytical, budget-conscious, and fast to iterate.

Bonus: experience marketing to African / Middle East audiences; Google Ads knowledge.
