We are looking for a PLC Programmer / Automation Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience in PLC programming, HMI development, panel testing, erection, commissioning, and industrial automation project handling.

The candidate should be capable of working on automation projects from program development and panel testing to site installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project handover.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot PLC programs for industrial automation projects.
- Develop HMI applications and integrate HMI with PLC systems.
- Work with PLC brands such as Siemens, Delta, Mitsubishi, Schneider, and Allen-Bradley.
- Integrate VFDs, Servo Drives, sensors, actuators, and other automation components with PLC systems.
- Perform PLC/HMI programming, testing, debugging, and commissioning.
- Perform panel testing, I/O checking, erection, wiring verification, and machine commissioning.
- Handle FAT, SAT, customer trials, and site commissioning.
- Troubleshoot PLC, HMI, VFD, communication, and field-related issues.
- Understand machine sequences and develop automation logic accordingly.
- Handle assigned projects from program development to commissioning and handover.
- Coordinate with Electrical, Mechanical, Production, and Project teams during project execution.
- Visit customer sites for installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and technical support.
- Prepare I/O lists, PLC/HMI backups, technical documentation, and commissioning reports.
- Ensure projects are completed within the planned timeline and quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, EEE, ECE,



Instrumentation, Automation, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of practical experience in PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Good knowledge of PLC programming and HMI development.
- Hands-on experience with VFD programming and parameterization.
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and control panel drawings.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols such as Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, or Ethernet/IP.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in panel testing, erection, installation, and commissioning.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites as required for project execution.
- Positive communication, coordination, and project-handling skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned projects.
