Position Overview

We are looking for a creative, strategic and growth-driven Social Media Specialist to take ownership of the digital presence of Aspire Designs and its associated brands and build them into solid, recognisable brands in the architecture and interior-design industry.

We already have a rich portfolio of projects, photography, videos and 3D renders. Your role will be to transform these assets into high-quality, engaging and strategically driven content.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media and content strategies aligned with business goals.
- Conceptualise and create engaging Reels, carousels, posts and campaigns.
- Manage Instagram and other relevant platforms end-to-end.
- Use AI tools, including AI video-generation tools, wherever relevant.
- Track performance metrics and optimise content for reach, engagement, growth and lead generation.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations, campaigns and brand visibility.

What We're Looking For

- Strong understanding of Meta algorithms, Reels and social-media growth.
- Excellent creative and visual storytelling skills.




- Strong knowledge of content strategy and social media analytics.
- Experience with AI tools for video generation.
- Proficiency in video editing and eye-catching graphic design.
- Ability to independently ideate, execute and take complete ownership of social media.
- Proven experience in brand growth and lead generation through social media campaigns.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or Diploma in Digital Marketing, Graphic Designing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Reel content creation.
