Job Title: Computer & Digital Office Skills Trainer

Khushian Da Safar is looking for a skilled and patient trainer to conduct live online and offline practical classes for girls and women under its Digital Rozgar Programme.

The trainer should be able to teach computer and laptop basics, Punjabi and English typing, Windows, file management, internet safety, Gmail, MS Word, basic Excel, Google Drive, Docs and Sheets, PDFs, online forms and accurate data entry. The role also includes teaching Zoom/Google Meet, basic AI tools for writing emails and documents, CV preparation, interview basics, printer/scanner use and professional phone and WhatsApp communication.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct practical and easy-to-understand online classes
- Prepare lesson plans, assignments and practice exercises
- Guide beginners patiently in Punjabi




- Check students’ work and provide feedback
- Maintain attendance and progress records
- Help students complete a final office-work portfolio
- Ensure students understand online fraud and cyber safety

Required Skills:

- Strong practical knowledge of computers and digital office tools
- Good Punjabi communication and typing skills
- Working knowledge of English
- Experience in computer teaching or office training preferred
- Patient, responsible and comfortable conducting live online classes
- Must have a computer/laptop, secure internet and a quiet teaching space

Pay: ₹13,926.77 - ₹20,000.00 per month
