We are a UK-based legal practice with offices in London and Leicester, led by our Principal Mr. Zainul Jafferji, a barrister with over 27 years of experience. We provide expert legal representation across business immigration, personal immigration, family law, and civil litigation, and are currently scaling our client acquisition and retention systems.

Role Overview

We are hiring a Sales and Client Relationship Manager to own the full client journey from first enquiry to formal instruction, and beyond, into long-term retention and referral generation. This is a closing and relationship role, not a support or admin position. You will be the primary voice representing ZH Law to prospective and existing UK-based clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage inbound enquiries from prospective clients across phone, WhatsApp, and email

- Conduct client conversations with clarity and confidence, converting enquiries into paid consultations and signed instructions

- Explain services, fee structures, and next steps clearly to clients unfamiliar with the legal process

- Maintain consistent, professional follow-up with prospective clients through the decision-making stage

- Own client retention: check in with existing clients, manage expectations, and identify opportunities for referrals

- Keep accurate records of client interactions and pipeline status

- Work closely with the paralegal and marketing teams to ensure smooth handoffs at every stage

Requirements

- Fluent, native-level spoken English with a neutral or UK-friendly accent. This is non-negotiable, as the role involves direct, unsupervised conversations with UK clients

- Proven track record in sales, client closing,



or client relationship management (minimum 3 years preferred)

- Strong client management and retention experience, ideally in legal, financial, or professional services

- Comfortable handling emotionally sensitive conversations (clients are often in stressful, urgent situations)

- Excellent written communication for email and WhatsApp correspondence

- Available to work UK business hours

- Prior exposure to immigration law, legal services, or a regulated professional services environment is an advantage, though not mandatory

Compensation

Base salary plus performance-based commission on client conversions and retention. Details to be discussed at interview stage based on experience.
