Key Responsibilities

- Order & Quote Processing: Prepare accurate price quotes, draft sales proposals, and process incoming purchase orders.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, status updates, and after-sales support.
- Internal Coordination: Work closely with project managers and technical teams to ensure client requirements and deadlines are met.
- Documentation & Billing: Maintain customer records, handle service agreements, and track invoicing or payment receipts.
- Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience, preferably within the HVAC industry.
- Technical Literacy: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or dispatch software.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to handle client relations and inter-departmental cooperation.
- Organization: Excellent multi-tasking and time-management abilities in a fast-paced workplace.
- Qualification : Dip ( R & AC ) or ITI
- Must Have Two Wheeler with Vaild License.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
