- Create and prepare authentic Indian dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure that all food preparation and cooking is of high quality and meets food safety regulations
- Plan and manage food inventory, ordering, and storage
- Train and supervise kitchen staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and safety procedures
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and specials
- Monitor food supplies and equipment, and report any maintenance or repair needs
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments in Indian cuisine
Pay: ₹9,133.58 - ₹30,000.00 per month
