Position Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to generate leads, connect with potential clients, schedule meetings, and support the Business Development team.

Key Responsibilities

 Makeoutboundcalls to prospective clients.

 Generateandqualify sales leads.

 Scheduleappointments and meetings for the Business Development team.

 Maintain andupdate customer information in the CRM/database.

 Followupwith potential clients through calls and emails.

 Explain company services and address customer queries.

 Maintain daily call reports and lead status.

 Coordinate with the Business Development team for lead conversion.

Requirements

 0–2yearsofexperience as a Telecaller, Customer Support Executive, or similar role.

 Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil (Hindi is an added advantage).

 Basicknowledge of MSOffice (Word, Excel, Outlook).

 Goodinterpersonal and convincing skills.

 Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

 Immediatejoiners preferred.

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
