We are looking for a skilled and proactive Service Engineer responsible for installation, commissioning, servicing, and troubleshooting of Heating equiments and water treatment plants.

Key Responsibilities

1. Installation & Commissioning

Execute installation and commissioning of:

- Steam Boilers
- Thermic Fluid Heaters
- Hot Water Generators
- Water Treatment Systems (RO, STP, ETP, Softeners, Filtration Units)
- Ensure proper alignment, piping connections, and system integration
- Conduct trial runs, flushing, and performance testing of systems
- Verify water quality parameters and system output
- Prepare commissioning reports and handover documentation

2. Servicing & Maintenance

- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of heating and water treatment systems
- Ensure optimal performance, efficiency, and reliability of equipment
- Monitor key parameters such as:
- Temperature, pressure, fuel consumption (thermal systems)
- TDS, pH, flow rates, conductivity, chemical dosing (WTP systems)
- Conduct routine checks on membranes, filters, dosing systems, pumps, and valves
- Maintain service logs and reports

3. Troubleshooting

- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control-related issues across systems
- Identify root causes and implement corrective actions
- Troubleshoot issues such as:




- Boiler inefficiency, burner faults
- RO membrane fouling, scaling, low recovery
- STP/ETP biological or chemical imbalance
- Handle emergency breakdowns with minimal downtime
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for complex issues

4. Customer Support

- Provide technical support and operator training for both thermal and water systems
- Guide customers on system operation, maintenance, and chemical handling
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Respond to service calls promptly and professionally

5. Documentation & Reporting

- Prepare detailed service reports after each site visit
- Maintain records of installed equipment, AMC schedules, and service history
- Record water quality data and system performance trends
- Share field feedback for product and process improvement

Experience

- 2–5 years in servicing of boilers, heating equipment, or water treatment systems

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
