Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Senior Software Developer with strong experience in Angular 14+, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, optimizing, and deploying scalable software applications while ensuring high standards of code quality, performance, and security.

The role also involves working closely with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, managing development releases, troubleshooting production issues, and mentoring junior developers.

Key ResponsibilitiesSoftware Development

- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality applications using Angular, .NET Core, C#, and SQL Server.
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Develop reusable, maintainable, and productive code.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with development, QA, product, and other cross-functional teams.

CI/CD & Development Releases

- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated application builds and deployments.
- Support development and production releases.
- Coordinate with QA teams to ensure successful application releases.
- Troubleshoot deployment and release-related issues.

Performance Optimization

- Identify and resolve application performance bottlenecks.
- Optimize SQL queries, database operations, and data retrieval.
- Improve application response time and overall system performance.
- Work with QA teams to ensure performance improvements do not impact application stability.

Information Security

- Follow application security standards and information security guidelines.
- Identify and address potential security vulnerabilities.
- Work with security teams during audits and security assessments.
- Ensure secure coding practices throughout the development lifecycle.

GIT & Code Management

- Use GIT for source code management and version control.
- Handle branching, merging, pull requests, and code releases.
- Conduct and participate in technical code reviews.




- Maintain clean and well-documented code repositories.

Caching & Application Optimization

- Experience with caching frameworks such as Redis is an added advantage.
- Support implementation of caching mechanisms to improve application performance and scalability.

Production Support

- Collaborate with L2 Support teams for production issue resolution.
- Provide technical guidance on new patches, fixes, and application releases.
- Troubleshoot incidents and provide quick resolutions in real-time.
- Analyze root causes of production issues and implement permanent fixes.

Team Collaboration & Mentoring

- Mentor junior developers and support their technical growth.
- Collaborate with multiple teams to deliver projects within timelines.
- Contribute to technical discussions and solution design.

Required Skills

- 3–6 years of software development experience
- Strong experience in Angular 14+
- Strong knowledge of .NET Core
- Strong programming skills in C#
- Good experience with SQL Server
- Strong understanding of GIT and version control
- Experience with code reviews and code merging
- Good understanding of performance optimization
- Knowledge of information security and secure coding practices
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to resolve production incidents quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Good to Have

- Experience with Redis or other caching frameworks
- Experience with CI/CD tools
- Production support experience
- Experience working in enterprise applications

Desired Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate should be a hands-on developer with strong Angular and .NET Core development experience, excellent debugging and problem-solving abilities, and a good understanding of application performance, security, version control, and production support.

The candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and should have the ability to take ownership of development tasks and production issues.

Pay: Up to ₹700,000.00 per year
