HIRING – REAL ESTATE TELECALLER

Position: Telecaller – Sales & Customer Support

Industry: Real Estate

Location: Vapi, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 1 Years

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls.

- Generate and follow up on real estate sales leads.

- Understand customer requirements and explain property details.

- Handle customer queries and provide proper information.

- Convince and convert potential customers into site visits.

- Schedule and coordinate site visits with the sales team.

- Maintain customer data, call records and follow-ups in CRM/Excel.

- Achieve daily and monthly calling and sales targets.

- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective customers.

Candidate Requirements:

- Minimum 1 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales,



Customer Support, Inside Sales or Real Estate.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Hindi/Gujarati communication preferred; basic English is an advantage.

- Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.

- Target-oriented and confident personality.

- Basic computer/CRM knowledge.
