Job Description — Real Estate Consultant Position: Real Estate Consultant Department: Sales / Business Development Experience: Prior experience in Real Estate is mandatory Job Type: Full-Time Compensation: Fixed Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives Location: Lucknow About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Real Estate Consultant to handle clients, understand their property requirements, recommend suitable properties, conduct site visits, and drive transactions toward successful closure. Key Responsibilities - Handle incoming leads and communicate with prospective clients. - Understand client requirements for property sale and rental. - Recommend suitable properties based on client requirements and budget. - Coordinate and conduct property/site visits. - Follow up with clients and maintain strong client relationships. - Negotiate and assist clients throughout the transaction process. - Coordinate with property owners, builders, and internal teams. - Maintain accurate client and property data. - Track leads, follow-ups, site visits, and deal status. - Work toward achieving monthly sales/rental targets. - Convert qualified leads into successful transactions.



Requirements - Prior experience in Real Estate is mandatory. - Good communication and negotiation skills. - Strong client-handling and relationship-management skills. - Good knowledge of the local real estate market is preferred. - Target-oriented and confident personality. - Ability to independently manage leads and follow-ups. - Basic computer/CRM knowledge is preferred. - Willingness to conduct property visits and meet clients.
