Job Description – International Telecaller

Location: KITSS, Zirakpur
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹25,000–32,000 per month

Role Overview

The International Telecaller will be responsible for handling outbound and inbound calls for international clients, ensuring professional communication, lead conversion, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- International calling — Make outbound calls to international prospects and handle inbound queries
- Lead conversion — Convert leads through effective communication and follow‑ups
- Client communication — Maintain clear, professional, and confident communication
- CRM updates — Record and update call details accurately
- Follow‑up management — Ensure timely follow‑ups with potential clients
- Target achievement — Work towards weekly and monthly performance targets
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth workflow

Required Skills

- Excellent English speaking skills (mandatory)
- Strong communication and listening abilities




- Ability to handle international clients confidently
- Basic computer proficiency
- Good persuasion and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines

Qualifications

- Graduation Required
- 2–3 years of experience in international calling or customer service
- Prior experience in US/UK/Australia calling process preferred
