The Telesales Executive – IVF Insurance is responsible for driving outbound and inbound sales of SafeTree's flagship fertility insurance product. The role involves counselling prospective clients on IVF coverage, converting warm leads into policy holders, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for individuals and corporate employee benefit programmes.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls to pitch and sell SafeTree's IVF insurance products to individuals, corporates, and clinics

- Understand customer profiles and recommend suitable fertility insurance plans aligned to their needs and life stage

- Achieve monthly sales targets (policies issued, premium collected, conversion ratios)

- Educate prospects on coverage details, waiting periods, claim processes, and exclusions related to IVF and fertility treatments

- Coordinate with fertility clinics and IVF centres in the network to generate and convert referral leads

- Follow up on leads generated through digital campaigns, clinic partnerships, and corporate tie-ups

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversion data in the CRM system





- Liaise with the operations and policy servicing team to ensure seamless policy issuance and endorsements

- Handle renewal calls and upsell/cross-sell relevant products to existing policyholders

- Gather customer feedback and share product insights with the product and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

- 1–4 years of experience in telesales, insurance sales, or healthcare/wellness product sales

- Prior experience in health insurance, fertility services, or women's health is a solid advantage

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English; regional language proficiency is a plus

- Empathetic and consultative selling style suited to sensitive topics like fertility and family planning

- Comfortable working with CRM tools and maintaining disciplined call hygiene

- Target-driven with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals

- Basic understanding of insurance concepts, health products, or willingness to learn quickly

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
