We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our Real Estate Sales Team

Responsibilites:

Make outbond calls to prospective customers and generate leads.

Explain residential plot projects, location, pricing and payment options.

Follow up with interested customers regularly.

Schedule and coordinate site visits.

Maintain customer and lead follow-up records.

Coordinate with the sales team for enquiries and site visits.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in tele calling, preferably Real Estate

Positive Tamil communication skills, basics English preferred.

Good convincing and follow-up skills.

Basic Computer knowledge must

Candidates from Ramanathapuram District/local area preferred.

Immediate joiners will be preferrred.
