Role Overview

Gravton Motors is looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions. The role involves sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment data, and ensuring timely closures while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure timely closures in line with hiring targets.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives when required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 6 Months–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or automotive.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience using job portals and ATS/HRMS is preferred.
- Strong coordination, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
