Eligibility & Requirements

- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (DME) with BOE (Boiler Operation Engineer) certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in Power Plant operations.
- Preference: Candidates with experience in CFBC (Circulating Fluidized Bed Combustion) boilers will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure safe operation of the Boiler, Turbine, and all associated auxiliaries.
- Coordinate with Field Engineers for smooth startup, normal operations, and shutdown of the boiler, turbine, cooling tower, Coal Handling Plant (CHP), Ash Handling Plant (AHP), and auxiliaries.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team for protected process isolation during equipment maintenance activities without compromising safety standards.
- Maintain equipment operational logs/registers,



identify process abnormalities in a timely manner, and ensure prompt rectification.
- Ensure safe coal unloading and loading activities within the coal yard.
- Manage steam and power balancing based on process requirement variations.
- Oversee and maintain good housekeeping across the plant area.
- Maintain basic knowledge and monitoring of boiler water quality parameters and DM plant operations.
- Handle plant emergencies and troubleshooting, such as blackouts, steam/water leakages, tripings, and critical operation conditions.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹77,000.00 per month
