About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and motivated Field Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be confident in meeting clients, developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit potential and existing clients to generate new business.
- Identify and develop new sales opportunities in the market.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads, enquiries, quotations, and potential clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain regular reports of field visits, leads, and sales activities.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Requirements





- Previous experience in field sales/business development preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and presentable personality.
- Ability to travel locally for client visits.
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
