We are looking for a highly organised, proactive, and creatively inclined Producer to manage end-to-end production for advertising campaigns, brand films, digital content, social media, and other creative projects.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment and be able to take a project from brief to execution, while managing timelines, budgets, vendors, talent, locations, and multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end production of TV commercials, digital films, brand films, social media content, reels, photoshoots, events, and branded content.
- Understand creative briefs and work closely with Creative, Strategy, Account Management, and Production teams.
- Translate creative concepts into practical production plans.
- Prepare production schedules, budgets, call sheets, crew requirements, and shoot plans.
- Coordinate with directors, DOPs, photographers, editors, production houses, freelancers, talent, stylists, locations, and other vendors.
- Source and negotiate with production partners and vendors while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
- Manage casting, locations, equipment, crew, props, costumes, travel, logistics, permissions, and other production requirements.
- Conduct recce and pre-production meetings where required.
- Ensure shoots run smoothly and stay on schedule and within budget.




- Handle production-related problem solving on set and make quick decisions when required.
- Coordinate post-production including editing, VFX, animation, sound design, colour grading, music, and final deliveries.
- Track budgets, estimates, purchase orders, invoices, and production expenses.
- Maintain strong relationships with production houses, directors, freelancers, vendors, and other partners.
- Ensure all deliverables meet the required creative, technical, and brand standards.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and attention to detail.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
