Job Summary

Svaika is looking for a Sales Executive who is confident, target-oriented, and has strong communication and relationship-building skills. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, handling sales enquiries, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new sales opportunities through various channels.
- Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely information and support.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify new sales opportunities.
- Track sales performance and provide regular updates on sales activities.
- Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.





Required Skills

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development preferred.
- Freshers with strong communication and sales skills may also be considered.

Work Schedule

Full-time | Wednesday–Monday | 10:30 AM–7:30 PM | Tuesday Weekly Off
