Job Summary:

Sky Ocean Shipping is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee daily accounting activities and support the company’s financial operations. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, managing reconciliations, and ensuring timely completion of accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, receivable, payments, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, reports, and account reconciliations.
- Monitor customer and supplier accounts and follow up on outstanding balances.
- Perform bank and other account reconciliations and assist with month-end closing.
- Review invoices and financial documents to ensure accuracy and proper recording.
- Assist with budgeting, cash-flow monitoring, and financial analysis.




- Maintain proper accounting records and documentation.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, suppliers, and internal departments when required.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in accounting or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and accounting software/ERP systems.
- Solid attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
- Good communication and organizational skills.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
