Recovery Telecaller – DRA Certified

Job Description

We are hiring Recovery Telecallers for our Collections and Recovery process. The ideal candidate should have experience in telecalling and recovery and must be DRA Certified.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to customers regarding overdue payments and outstanding dues.
- Follow up with customers and encourage timely payment.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets.
- Record customer conversations, payment commitments, and follow-up details accurately.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate assistance.
- Follow all company policies, recovery guidelines, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate difficult or sensitive cases to the concerned Team Leader or Manager.




- Maintain proper call quality and customer interaction standards.

Requirements:

- DRA Certification is mandatory.
- Only DRA Certified Agents will be considered for this position.
- Experience in Recovery, Collections, or Telecalling is preferred.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and calling applications.
