- Handle end-to-end procurement for commercial interior and fit-out projects.
- Understand project requirements, BOQs, specifications, drawings, and material schedules.
- Source and identify reliable vendors, suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
- Obtain and compare quotations from multiple vendors based on price, quality, specifications, and delivery timelines.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms, credit periods, delivery schedules, and other commercial terms.
- Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and Work Orders as per approved requirements.
- Coordinate with Project Managers, Site Engineers, QS, Design, and Accounts teams for procurement requirements.
- Ensure materials are procured as per approved specifications, brands, samples, and quality standards.
- Follow up with vendors for timely manufacturing, dispatch, and delivery of materials to project sites.
- Monitor material delivery schedules and ensure there are no delays affecting project timelines.
- Maintain proper records of quotations, comparative statements, POs, invoices, delivery challans, and vendor documents.




- Coordinate with site teams for material receipt, inspection, quantity verification, and rejection/replacement wherever required.
- Develop and maintain a solid database of vendors for civil, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, furniture, false ceiling, flooring, partitions, painting, hardware, and other interior works.
- Support the team in identifying cost-saving opportunities and alternative materials/vendors.
- Monitor procurement status against project schedules and provide regular updates to management.
- Resolve vendor-related issues regarding quality, quantity, delivery, billing, and payments.
- Ensure procurement is carried out within the approved project budget and timelines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

- Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

- Commercial Interior Fit-Out: 2 years (Preferred)
