The job profile includes managing and pushing sales in our various projects and requires -

- Able to professionally close all leads by generating walk-ins, conducting site visits, understanding the finances of the client and helping them in post-sales processes as well.
- Managing the online advertisement responses, responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with current customers.
- Reporting on sales activities to senior management
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base
- To develop and implement strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve assigned sales targets .
- At least 2 years of experience in Kolkata.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Plus Incentives.
