We are looking for a motivated Marketing Intern to support our cold email outreach and lead-generation initiatives. The intern will research potential prospects, build targeted lead lists, create and personalize email campaigns, and track campaign performance.

This role is ideal for someone interested in B2B marketing, sales, lead generation, email marketing, and growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Research and identify relevant prospects and potential clients.
- Build and maintain accurate prospect/lead databases.
- Find and verify qualified email addresses and contact information.
- Segment prospects based on industry, company size, role, location, and other relevant criteria.
- Draft and personalize cold email campaigns.
- Assist in creating different email templates and outreach sequences.
- Manage follow-ups and maintain outreach records.
- Track metrics such as emails sent, open rates, response rates, positive responses, and meetings generated.
- Identify what messaging and targeting approaches perform best.
- Maintain accurate records in spreadsheets/CRM tools.
- Coordinate with the marketing/sales team to improve outreach strategies.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.




- Strong internet research and data-handling skills.
- Comfortable working with Google Sheets/Excel and email platforms.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear, professional, and personalized emails.
- Willingness to learn B2B outreach and lead-generation techniques.

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of cold email marketing or lead generation.
- Familiarity with CRM or email outreach tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospect research.
- Basic understanding of email marketing metrics.
- Copywriting experience.

Performance Expectations
