Job Title: Billing Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Billing Engineer to manage project billing, measurements, and cost tracking activities. The role involves preparing and verifying bills, handling subcontractor payments, and ensuring accurate financial documentation in line with contract terms and project progress.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and process RA bills, final bills, and variation claims.
- Take accurate site measurements and prepare BOQs as per drawings.
- Verify subcontractor bills and recommend payments.
- Maintain billing records, measurement sheets, and cost reports.
- Track project costs against budgets and highlight deviations.
- Handle extra item rates, deviations, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with site engineers, planning, and accounts teams.
- Assist in contract administration and claim documentation.
- Support audits and management reporting.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: Up to ₹80,000.00 per month
