Position: Telesales Manager

Location: Edappally

Experience: Minimum 5 Years as a Telesales Team Leader

Age: 35–45 Years

Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage the telesales team to achieve sales targets
- Monitor team performance and provide coaching and guidance
- Develop telesales strategies to improve conversions and revenue
- Handle customer escalations and ensure excellent service
- Prepare sales reports and track key performance metrics
- Train and motivate team members to maximize productivity

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Telesales Team Leader
- Fluent English communication skills are mandatory
- Robust leadership and team management abilities
- Target-oriented with excellent sales and negotiation skills
- Proficient in handling telesales operations and reporting
