Job Description

JIET Gurukul is looking for a highly knowledgeable, passionate, and result-oriented Expert Physics Faculty to teach and mentor students preparing for IIT-JEE, NEET, and other competitive examinations.

The ideal candidate should possess exceptional subject expertise, excellent teaching skills, and the ability to simplify complex Physics concepts while developing strong analytical and problem-solving abilities among students.

Key Responsibilities

- Teach Physics to students preparing for IIT-JEE (Main & Advanced), NEET, and other competitive examinations.
- Build strong conceptual understanding and problem-solving skills among students.
- Prepare students according to the latest examination pattern and syllabus.
- Develop high-quality study material, notes, assignments, numerical problems, question banks, and test papers.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, doubt-clearing sessions, and revision classes.
- Analyse student performance and provide individual academic guidance and mentoring.
- Use innovative and effective teaching methodologies to make Physics interesting and easy to understand.
- Prepare students for advanced-level numerical and conceptual problem-solving.
- Coordinate with the academic team for curriculum planning, test schedules, and academic activities.
- Motivate and mentor students to achieve their academic and competitive examination goals.

Required Skills & Expertise





- Excellent command over Physics and strong conceptual clarity.
- Strong expertise in IIT-JEE and/or NEET preparation.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to simplify complex Physics concepts for students.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Experience in preparing competitive examination study material and test series.
- Ability to mentor students and improve their academic performance.
- Proficiency in teaching both conceptual and application-based Physics.

Qualification

- Master's Degree in Physics or a relevant discipline.
- Ph.D. or relevant teaching qualifications will be an added advantage.
- Candidates with exceptional subject expertise and proven competitive examination teaching experience may also be considered based on their practical teaching skills and performance.

Experience

2–5 years of relevant teaching experience preferred.

Candidates with proven experience in teaching IIT-JEE and/or NEET aspirants and a strong record of student performance will be given preference.

Salary

Market-competitive salary package based on experience, subject expertise, teaching performance, and student results.
