- Prepare and verify client RA bills, final bills, and measurement sheets.
- Coordinate with site teams for measurement confirmation and documentation.
- Prepare and check subcontractor bills with correct quantities and deductions.
- Conduct quantity take-offs from drawings and update variations.
- Assist in rate analysis for extra/non-BOQ items.
- Maintain billing registers, MB records, and all supporting documents.
- Track bill submission, certification status, and follow-up for approvals.
- Prepare monthly MIS reports and assist in project cost monitoring.
- Coordinate with Planning, Procurement, Accounts, and Project Managers for billing-related matters.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
