Key Responsibilities:

- Operate, monitor, and support manufacturing processes and equipment.
- Perform machine setup, adjustment, and basic troubleshooting.
- Carry out preventive maintenance and assist in breakdown maintenance activities.
- Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications.
- Conduct routine inspections and report defects or abnormalities.
- Follow production schedules and achieve daily targets.
- Maintain equipment, tools, and work areas in good condition.
- Adhere to company safety policies and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain production, maintenance, and inspection records as required.
- Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to ensure smooth operations.




- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.

Requirements:

- Qualification: ITI Fitter
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment, tools, and industrial safety practices.
- Ability to work in shifts and in a manufacturing environment.
- Positive teamwork and problem-solving skills.
