Our services include Doctor, Nurse, Pharmacy, Diagnostics, Dental, Physiotherapy, Veterinary and Palliative Care, along with pharmacy and doctor-chamber outlets in rural and semi-urban areas.

Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Check Executive who will be responsible for checking the quality and accuracy of healthcare services, reviewing processes, identifying errors, and ensuring that company standards and SOPs are followed.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular quality checks of healthcare services and operations.
- Verify the accuracy and completeness of records, reports, and documentation.
- Monitor compliance with company SOPs and quality standards.
- Identify errors, gaps, and process deviations.




- Coordinate with the concerned teams to resolve quality issues.
- Review patient/customer feedback and highlight areas requiring improvement.
- Maintain daily quality-check reports and records.
- Follow up on corrective actions and ensure timely closure of issues.
- Conduct periodic audits/checks as assigned by management.
- Report major quality concerns to the reporting manager.
- Support continuous improvement of operational processes.
- Perform other quality-related duties assigned by management.

Required Skills

- Strong attention to detail.
- Good observation and analytical skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and documentation.
- Ability to identify and report errors accurately.
- Good problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline. Healthcare, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Management background will be an advantage.
