- Job Summary

Oscar India LLP is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller to join our Real Estate team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, understanding their property requirements, explaining project details, generating qualified leads, and scheduling site visits.

- Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from company-provided leads.

- Understand customers' requirements, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.

- Provide basic information about available real estate projects.

- Identify and qualify interested and genuine prospects.

- Schedule site visits for interested customers.

- Follow up with leads through calls and maintain regular communication.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.

- Coordinate with the sales team and share qualified leads.





- Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

- Maintain professional and positive communication with customers.

- Requirements

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.

- Freshers are welcome to apply.

- Experience in telecalling, customer service, real estate, or sales is an advantage.

- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.

- Confident, energetic, and target-oriented approach.

- Good convincing and customer-handling skills.

- Basic computer knowledge.
