Key Responsibilities

- Welcome and assist customers in selecting suitable jewellery based on their requirements and budget.
- Handle walk-in customers and convert enquiries into successful sales.
- Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
- Promote jewellery schemes, offers and new collections.
- Prepare estimates and explain jewellery pricing, making charges and billing clearly.
- Handle customer enquiries, negotiations and objections professionally.
- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
- Follow up with customers and generate sales opportunities.
- Support and guide junior sales staff and AJCs.
- Maintain proper product display and counter standards.
- Ensure accurate stock handling and coordinate with the inventory and billing teams.
- Handle customer exchange/return requests professionally.
- Maintain showroom discipline, safety and customer service standards.

Requirements





- 3–8 years of experience in jewellery showroom sales.
- Experience in Gold / Silver Jewellery Sales is preferred.
- Strong customer-handling and communication skills.
- Good knowledge of jewellery products, pricing and sales processes.
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
- Tamil communication is essential.
- Candidates with experience in reputed jewellery brands are preferred.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
