Position: E-Commerce Accountant
Department: Finance & Accounts
Location: Okhla Phase-3, Delhi

Reporting To: Finance Manager / Accounts Head

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented E-Commerce Accountant to manage sales and purchase accounting, marketplace reconciliation, GST/TDS/TCS accounting, and financial reporting. Candidates with hands-on experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage sales & purchase invoice booking and accounting.
- Handle e-commerce sales, returns, cancellations, discounts, commissions and marketplace charges.
- Perform e-commerce portal, settlement and bank reconciliation.
- Handle GST, TDS & TCS accounting and related records.
- Maintain vendor, customer and marketplace ledgers.
- Prepare MIS, sales, purchase and reconciliation reports.
- Assist with month-end closing, audits and statutory requirements.




- Coordinate with marketplaces, vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.

Required Skills

- Solid knowledge of Accounting, Bookkeeping & GST.
- Experience in e-commerce accounting and reconciliation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS).
- Working knowledge of Tally/ERP/accounting software.
- Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to detail.

Qualification

B.Com / M.Com

Preferred Experience

Experience with Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Shopify or other e-commerce platforms will be an advantage.
