Key Responsibilities

- Develop new B2B customers and business opportunities
- Generate leads through market research, networking, references & customer visits
- Promote and sell engineering-grade plastics, polymer raw materials & related products
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable materials
- Prepare quotations and commercial proposals and follow up for conversions
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms and commercial conditions
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Coordinate enquiries, orders, dispatches and deliveries
- Follow up on outstanding payments with the accounts team
- Monitor market prices, competitors and industry trends
- Maintain sales pipeline, customer records and regular sales reports Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets





Candidate Profile

2–4 years of relevant B2B Sales / Business Development experience

Experience in Engineering Plastics / Polymer Trading / Plastic Raw Materials preferred

Good understanding of polymer products and applications

Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills

Proven ability to generate and convert recent business

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Comfortable with customer visits and business travel when required

Immediate / short-notice joiners preferred

Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹125,000.00 per month
