Coordinate with patients and ensure a smooth patient experience.
Handle patient enquiries through calls, messages, and in-person interactions.
Maintain accurate patient records and update relevant information regularly.
Testimonial videos recording of patient for feedback
Maintain confidentiality of patient information and follow organizational policies and procedures.
Leads Generation
Assist patients in submitting google reviews & rating after their successful visit
Experience- 1-3 years of experience in patient coordination, hospital, clinic, healthcare, or a similar role.
Fresher's are welcome
Must have a Two-wheeler
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Excel and documentation.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
