The Role

Desi Kaleva is upgrading! We need a hands-on Operations Manager to take full ownership of our daily cafe floor, manage our new digital token queue system, and deliver a premium, quick-paced dining experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Floor Management: Oversee daily FOH (Front-of-House) operations, crowd control, and fast table turnover during peak hours.
- Speed of Service: Coordinate with the kitchen and front desk to hit a strict 7-minute order-to-plate target.
- Team Leadership: Manage, schedule, and motivate the FOH staff (cashiers and relationship executives).
- Admin & Quality: Handle POS billing, daily cash closing, inventory tracking, and instant customer grievance resolution.

Requirements

- Experience: 1+ years of management experience in a QSR, Cafe, or high-volume restaurant.
- Skills: Hands-on experience with POS software, cash handling, and inventory control.
- Leadership: High energy and calm under pressure (able to handle 200+ customer rushes).
- Language: Strong communication skills in Hindi and Chhattisgarhi.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
