Business Finance will be responsible for supporting financial planning, business performance analysis, and strategic decision-making. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive profitability, cost efficiency, and financial discipline across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;)

Support annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes

Prepare monthly financial reports, including variance analysis (Budget vs Actual)

Analyze revenue, costs, gross margins, and operating expenses

Identify trends, risks, and opportunities impacting financial performance

2. Business Partnering

Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Marketing teams for financial insights

Conduct product/customer profitability analysis

Support pricing strategies and new business proposals

Evaluate capex proposals and ROI analysis

3. MIS & Reporting

Prepare monthly MIS reports and management dashboards

Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting

Support leadership presentations with data-backed insights

4. Cost Control & Governance





Monitor operational costs and recommend cost-saving initiatives

Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls

Assist during internal and statutory audits

5. Financial Modeling & Systems

Develop financial models for scenario planning and forecasting

Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Other) for reporting

Improve reporting automation and financial processes

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong analytical and financial modeling skills

Advanced MS Excel (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query preferred)

Knowledge of ERP systems

Business acumen with strong stakeholder management skills

Effective communication and presentation abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Educational Qualification

MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / CMA / Equivalent

B.Com / Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting

Preferred Industry Exposure

Manufacturing / FMCG / IT / Services / Retail

Experience working in Delhi/NCR corporate workplace preferred
