CRM Executive

Trade Minds Academy is hiring CRM Executive for its Coimbatore office. This role suits a consultative B2B qualified who can research companies, speak intelligently with SME owners, diagnose needs and build long-term client relationships.

Key responsibilities

- Research selected SME company websites before calling.
- Speak with business owners using company-specific observations.
- Schedule and conduct structured business clarity calls.
- Recommend the correct first solution and support paid assessment conversion.
- Update every lead, follow-up and next action in CRM.
- Coordinate client handover and implementation after conversion.

Candidate requirements

- Candidate with fluent Tamil and simple, confident English.
- 2–5 years in B2B sales, business development, consulting, agency, SaaS/CRM, recruitment solutions or SME client handling.
- Strong listening, research, follow-up and documentation skills.
- Comfortable speaking with founders.

Compensation

- ₹15,000–₹25,000 per month, based on interview, experience and capability.
- Performance incentives, and structured role training.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
