Job Role & Responsibilities:

Customer Handling: Greet customers, understand their service requirements / complaints and provide excellent customer service.

Job Card Creation: Inspect the vehicle along with the customer and prepare accurate job cards with estimated cost and delivery time.

Technical Coordination: Coordinate with service technicians / mechanics to ensure quality work and timely delivery of vehicles.

Service Explanation: Explain required repairs, periodic maintenance, and value-added services (AMC, Extended Warranty, Roadside Assistance, etc.) to customers.

Estimation & Billing: Provide service estimates, explain billing to customers and ensure transparent transactions.

Follow-up: Do post-service follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns.

Target Achievement: Achieve targets for service revenue, spare parts sales, accessories, and customer satisfaction scores (CSI).

Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for service and maintain service records in DMS.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
