Eligibility

- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (HS) Pass
- Experience: Preferably 1+ year of telecalling, sales, customer service, or business development experience
- Freshers: Can be considered for suitable candidates
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills
- Good Hindi/English communication; Assamese will be an added advantage
- Basic computer knowledge required
- Confident, polite, and professional telephone manner

Roles & Responsibilities

- Outbound Calling
- Make daily outbound calls to prospective clients and leads.
- Introduce the company and explain its products/services clearly.
- Generate new business leads through telephone calls.
- Lead Follow-Up
- Follow up with existing leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain regular follow-ups until the lead is converted or closed.
- Update the status of every lead in the company's CRM/Excel system.
- Customer Communication
- Handle customer enquiries professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Maintain a positive relationship with prospective and existing clients.
- Appointment & Meeting Coordination
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the Sales/Business Development team.
- Coordinate with clients regarding meeting dates and timings.
- Sales Support
- Support the Sales Executive/BDM in generating business opportunities.
- Share quotations,



company profiles, and service details when required.
- Assist in converting leads into customers.
- Database Management
- Maintain an updated database of customers and prospects.
- Record call details, follow-up dates, requirements, and outcomes.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Daily Reporting
- Maintain daily call records.
- Submit daily reports to the reporting manager.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with previous experience in telecalling, sales, real estate, security services, manpower services, customer support, or business development will be preferred.

The Telecaller will be expected to:

- Make consistent daily calls
- Generate qualified leads
- Maintain proper follow-ups
- Schedule client meetings
- Support business conversion
- Maintain accurate daily records and reports

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
