Senior Tender Executive

Experience: 5-6 years

Salary: 25,000/- to 35,000/-

Job Description :

We are looking for an Senior Tender Executive to manage the complete tendering process, including tender identification , documentation , bid preparation, submission and follow ups .

The candidate should have solid knowledge of Government/ tenders , e- tender portals , compliance requirements , and vendor coordination .

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-end tender preparation and submission .
- Monitor Government and private tender opportunities .
- Prepare technical and commercial documents.
- Ensure Timely submission and compliance with Tender Requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams , vendors and clients
- Track Tender status , quotations , EMDs and contracts
- Maintain proper records and tender documents.

Requirements:

5-6 years of relevant tender experience, good communication and documentation skills, and experience in MS-Office and e-tendering portals

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
