About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Online Admission Counselor to handle student inquiries and drive admissions for various online degree and certification programs offered by reputed universities.

Key Responsibilities

· Handle leads through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other online platforms.

· Counsel students and working professionals regarding online courses and career opportunities.

· Explain course details, eligibility, fees, admission process, duration, and specialization options.

· Handle admissions for Online MBA, BBA, BCA, MCA, M.Com, BA, and other UG/PG courses.

· Follow up with interested candidates and convert leads into admissions.

· Maintain regular follow-ups until admission is successfully completed.

· Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.





· Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.

· Coordinate with the admission/operations team for document verification and enrollment.

· Build strong relationships with students and parents.

Requirements

· Minimum 2 years of experience in Online Education Counseling, EdTech Sales, Admission Counseling, or Inside Sales.

· Experience in selling online courses/online degree programs will be highly preferred.

· Excellent communication and convincing skills.

· Strong follow-up and lead conversion ability.

· Target-oriented and self-motivated.

· Good knowledge of online education and admission processes.

· Comfortable working with CRM, WhatsApp, Google Sheets, and other online tools.

Eligibility Criteria:

· Must be available for full-time employment.

· Willingness to work in target-driven environment.

· Reside in Gurugram or relocate in Gurugram.

· Ability to commence employment within 1 week.

· Minimum 2 years of experience in overseas admissions (UK, Canada, Ireland, Germany, US).

· Working Days: 6 Day (Sunday fixed off)

· Office hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM

Pay: ₹11,170.03 - ₹35,610.45 per month
