Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and complaints through voice calls, email, and chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, orders, and processes.
- Resolve customer issues professionally and within the required turnaround time.
- Maintain a positive and professional interaction with customers.
- Follow up with customers when required and ensure proper resolution.
- Record customer interactions and update details in the CRM/system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Meet defined customer service, quality, and productivity targets.




- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good command of English.
- Comfortable handling customers over phone, email, and chat.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.
- Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Freshers can apply; customer support experience will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,474.57 - ₹33,855.80 per month
