- Financial activities
- Accounts receivables
- Accounts payables
- Managing creditors
- Follow up for the invoices
- VAT and GST preparations
- Month end activities
- Payroll

- Reconciliations

- Bank reconciliation
- Updating accounting software
- Responding to queries from clients.

- Contracts and legal

- Draw up agreements with clients and partners
- Legal reporting to HMRC

- MIS

- Reports preparations for finance & Operations
- Month /quarter/annual reports

- Annual accounts
- Prepare annuals accounts

- Team management

- Manage a team of 2 Fin Executives





Skills Required

- Accounting experience of 5 year in international market
- Good communication both written and spoken
- Knowledge and a valuable understanding of MS Excel
- Knowledge and hands on online accounting software
- BCOM and MBA

Requirements

- Excellent understanding of finance concepts, tools like Xero and Quickbooks and best practices
- Skills and experience in financial accounts
- Analytical mindset and critical thinking
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
