Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and organized Project Planning & Operations Executive to support project planning, coordination, execution, and day-to-day operational activities. The role involves coordinating with different departments, monitoring project progress, maintaining reports, and ensuring activities are completed within the planned schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in project planning, scheduling, and execution.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Purchase, Stores, Site, and other departments for project requirements.
- Prepare and maintain project schedules, trackers, MIS reports, and status updates.
- Monitor project progress against planned timelines and highlight delays or issues.
- Follow up with concerned teams to ensure timely completion of project activities.
- Maintain project-related documents, records, and reports.




- Track material requirements, availability, and project dependencies.
- Support the Project Manager / Operations Head in daily planning and coordination.
- Identify operational issues and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Attend project review meetings and prepare minutes/action points.
- Ensure proper communication and follow-up between internal teams.
- Assist in improving operational processes and maintaining smooth project execution.
- Perform other project coordination and operational activities as assigned

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
