About the Role
We are looking for a passionate, creative, and experienced Pre-Primary Teacher to join the Founding Team of a premium CBSE school opening in Hosahalli, near Yelahanka, Bengaluru, for the academic year 2027–28.

The ideal candidate should have strong early-years teaching experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create a warm, engaging, and stimulating learning setting for young children.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons and classroom activities.
- Implement play-based, activity-based, and experiential learning approaches.
- Create a safe, positive, inclusive, and nurturing classroom environment.
- Manage classroom routines, student behaviour, and daily activities effectively.
- Support children's cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language development.
- Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, teaching aids, and classroom resources.




- Observe and assess students' learning and developmental progress.
- Maintain appropriate student records and documentation.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and development.
- Collaborate with the academic team to plan and implement school activities.
- Contribute to developing a strong academic culture and learning environment as part of the Founding Team.
- Follow the school's academic framework and CBSE-aligned practices.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum 2+ years of teaching experience in a reputed school is mandatory.
- Qualification: Graduation/Post Graduation with NTT or B.Ed.
- Prior experience handling Nursery/LKG/UKG/Pre-Primary students is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong classroom management and child-handling skills.
- Creative, patient, caring, and enthusiastic approach towards young learners.
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school leadership.
- A progressive and child-centric approach to education.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
