Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer calls in Malayalam.
- Respond to customer queries and provide proper solutions.
- Maintain good communication and customer service.
- Record customer details and update the system.
- Follow company process and quality guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues to the concerned team.
Requirements:
- Good Malayalam communication skills.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Good listening and customer-handling skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Willingness to work in a voice process environment.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
