Job Summary

Chayan Karo India Private Limited is looking for enthusiastic, confident, and customer-focused Telecallers to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging with potential customers, explaining our services, generating qualified leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain the company's products and services in a clear and qualified manner.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales or recruitment team.
- Handle customer queries professionally and resolve basic concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions,



and follow-ups in CRM or Excel.
- Achieve daily and monthly call and performance targets.
- Coordinate effectively with team members and reporting managers.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass or Graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi; basic English communication is an added advantage.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, Email).
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and convincing skills.
