- Site Operations: Supervise daily site activities, manpower, work allocation, and overall site operations.
- Work & Quality: Monitor work progress, schedules, quality standards, and timely completion of assigned work.
- Safety & Discipline: Ensure safety procedures, cleanliness, discipline, and proper working conditions at the site.
- Materials & Equipment: Manage materials, tools, equipment, consumption, availability, and minimize wastage.
- Coordination: Coordinate with workers, contractors, engineers, vendors, and management for smooth operations.
- Reporting & Records: Maintain attendance, site records, documentation, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Problem Solving: Identify site issues, take corrective action, and report major concerns to management.
- Management Instructions: Ensure all company policies, procedures, and management instructions are properly implemented.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
